Midway
During 4 and 7th of June 1942, the United States Navy won a battle against a Japanese Imperial Navy Attack. The Japanese planned to ambush the American Aircraft Carriers. The Japanese sought after Midway as a larger part of their defensive line, due to the Doolittle air raid on Tokyo. Americans had the advantage in this fight because of code breakers who discovered the location and time of the ambush. This gave the U.S. the opportunity to turn the war around.
